I went on to build a team and put others in my shoes, giving them the opportunity to follow my proven methods.

Eventually, team members were able to obtain the same or even better results than I had. It was wonderfully fulfilling to see.

That fulfillment felt so awesome that I really wanted to bring opportunities for success to as many agents as I could possibly support. In 2018 I made the impactful decision to join EXP Realty.

By leveraging EXP’s brokerage platform and combining my methods with its resources, I was able to go from making an impact on six agents to now over 2,000.
